So my boss allowed someone to work she had covid I got sick and was hospitalized I'm enimic so I get sick easy he admit to everyone at work he knew but let her work cause she sleeps in her car but never told anyone until it was to late I almost died literally my doctors words and this was my first time having covid the whole pandemic! I was transferred from one hospital to the next don't know why I was stable, since the nurse set it all up I'd figured the hospital was paying for that ambulance ride since my husband was right there with me. I was billed $3,000+ and even though I am dying they want their money I had been building my credit I had 740 and they sent my bill to collections and they reassure me they are not going away they hit my credit again and again now it's drop to 533- they also keep sending me paper bills even though they already ruined my credit....

Would you like them to investigate you for fraud slander and check your skills and your knowledge to see if you have the skills and knowledge that you speak of would you like it if they catch you in the act of committing the fraud that you guys are all committing claiming that you're something I know people are getting false certificates and I know more than most people would say fault certificates can be written up outside of job sites making it look as if these people work and you haven't even acknowledged it because they all look the same how do you explain the fraudulent liabilities of people that don't have knowledge or skills about the medical backgrounds of these people know how to take care of them properly or how to do proper things to keep everything sterile including those who don't know how to keep parking lots clean but throw garbage all over Kingdom come committing bed bugs and outbreaks of sores and diseases if you do not keep that Billy clean it will be a thorough standard that you did not listen about the truth it will only show the reality of your judgment and your actions of how you honestly listen how you honestly carry yourself to show him responsibility and respect of others than setting gossip and be on cell phones all day long without taking care of your clients leaving them in wet soil diapers and poop leaving them in wet beds with wet sheets and not changing them most of you pretend that you do your jobs but don't basically the hypocrites should be paying the consequences of these lies of hiring cons and pros who's gotten around the system anymore seniors or disabled people dying it's going to be your responsibility they best be getting their meds on time and you better make sure they have clean beds and sheets of all kinds including changing the pillowcase every morning this is the responsibility of caregivers that are supposed to do their job correctly and they are to check on patients and clients to see if they need anything not just leave them sitting without asking you should have a lot more bed manners and respect for seniors I don't care who you are if you're not going to take the respect or the time then you should not be working in a rest home you should be completely fired or impeach from the rest home for the rest of the time until you can show respect for others I've seen people without respecting the seniors rights who has violated them and left them when they try to reach out to ask you for something you guys are walking away you need to sit and listen and you need to take the time people who have no respect for seniors doesn't have any respect for their self but violate others permanently as a pro and a con who's gotten away with for decades

Y'all need to go back and look at your facts because you have committed fraud on all medical areas you did not read up on it you did not recognize the laws of committing fraud on medical backgrounds leaving the clients with nothing to be able to take care of their medicines or any hospitalizing it's not about the caregivers it's about the clients who need their money for their medicines hospitalization and you need to recognize this you're making it all about you guys you're not making it about the clients you have taken the clients right and shut them directly down their throat this is Nicolette and abuse by government people who are not recognizing you cannot defraud embezzlement of Medicaid and Medicare or any other medical the clients need it for their self and government was supposed to hold the laws of this and did not you broke the law and you criminally committed a crime leaving the clients no way for an increase to living caregivers did not ask to be put on the clients medical or otherwise caregivers were made to work for the client and take care of their well-being and to be paid by the state government of DHS who just defrauded the telling lies about the truth I worked for DHS in the past DHS could not deal with it they're telling people they don't have enough knowledge or skills half the people you got working in the Rest homes don't have knowledge or skills enough to do the work otherwise they would have known how to take care of the viruses that hit the rest homes they would have known how to sterilize the rooms the floors the walls the windows changing the bedding everyday including sterilizing bathrooms sterilizing phones including keeping the Rest Home clean and sanitary at all times not left unclean and people getting sick from the other individuals you are to quarantine people when it comes down to certain issues you do not involve them in the same area as other patients are not leaving no doors open but if they have a button they can call you if they need anything lately I have seen unhealthy hospitals that are not clean sanitized or smelling clean I used to work in Rest homes I knew to sanitize the rooms feral and thorough bathrooms vacuum sweep and mop I did not play the games that you all played you basically lied about doing your jobs and you basically did not take care of your clients as you should have makes you neglectful and abusive when you cannot do proper by the clients you're treating them like they have no meaning but money is more important than your clients they still need to have people to come in and physically investigate the rest homes and any other places where there's a lot of things that have been lied about physically you should not be standing around talking to each other but doing your jobs you're not there to associate while working after work it's a different story but if you're going to sit around and do nothing then you don't deserve to work there you don't deserve to be on the job site means you're neglecting your job and your clients neglecting your job to do what it takes to show responsibility you can take care of clients without neglecting and but you had too many times too often you've been caught on cell phones by your own bosses you have been sitting in gossiping about clients you should not even talk about outside your job you should be held responsible for the broken HIPAA law acts of all clients rights including the government who does not do their job properly nor have enough knowledge your skills to recognize you do not share information about others with Outsiders or inside the building. You do not gossip like soap opera sayings about the job you work you wait until you're off work you never talk about your clients you talk about what you want to do but leave your clients out of anything that you talk about it's none of no one else's business but their own their families legally by law can sue you for sharing personal information without authorization you've done enough to violate their personal information of Medicare and Medicaid laws of fraud embezzlement of their money it wasn't made for caregivers to take from the clients it was made for the clients only DHS should be held responsible for the criminal act they just committed on Friday paying out tons of money the person in Washington DC should be held responsible for these fraudulent acts of Medicare and Medicaid fry and who allowed them to pay caregivers with the client's money when it wasn't there's the payout it was made to use for the clients and clients only it was their money I have the right to personally start tape recording anything I see that's wrong in rest homes from now on and I will show responsibility that people cannot do their jobs as well as they say it is not acceptable behavior of people who said there and lie to their self and Life to their clients on how they treat them by doping them up with antidepressants that they don't need causing out of control patients on meds that could physically make them sick all you're doing is shutting them up because you don't want him to get up move around or walk around you just want him to lay there when they've been told by their doctors they need to exercise to keep their hearts going fully they need therapy they need a lot of TLC tender loving care what happened to all of you you never cared about people then why did you pick the job why did you even bother to work as a caregiver if you couldn't handle it people that have children should not be working in Rest homes until they are fully growing the only reason why I'm saying that look at the diseases you could bring home to your kids that your children do not need please do not subject your children to endangerment diseases from Rest homes I know you got to work tons of jobs but at least take the figurines what would your children do if you are no longer there and they had no one to turn to there's a lot of things that are not acceptable if it was your Medicare and your Medicaid how would you feel if you had nothing to lean back on in your kids got it cuz what what you do now is going to affect you by your children you're going to know what it feels like to be in the shoes of the people you did wrong don't believe me if you think it's not a fact it is a reality

I think you need to go back and study up on all the healthcare fraud for one Medicare and Medicaid should not be handed out from clients medical benefits either way it goes if anyone's committing fraud the government has committed the fraud embezzlement to stealing millions off of their clients by paying caregivers out of their Medicaid or Medicare to doing what it takes to take care of a client DHS State workers are supposed to be paying the caregivers to take care of the client I have been paid back in 2000 until someone decided to wipe out my unemployment background someone did it did not want it to be known but I could sure tell you right now Medicaid is embezzlement and fraud of the client's rights including their Medicare that is only made for their medical and medicines or any hospitalizing they need to be taken care of it all the time instead caregivers have been forced to signing the Medicaid papers to marketing companies stating we needed to work as slaves they lost my unemployment background on delivered purpose someone erased my whole identity in 2000 I worked as a full-time care provider through a state DHS worker in Gresham all of a sudden they erased all my unemployment so that I can't get a job anywhere erasing me as a Jane Doe who has worked for a long time from 1975 therefore I'm asking you why you are all committing fraud with the Medicaid Medicare standards it is not made for caregivers to have or to be paid with it is made for the clients to be able to take care of any medical needs they have this is what federal was supposed to be doing instead you have violated the rights of the clients whose Medicare and Medicaid was made to pay for them only them and no one else as you as government has violated the rights and violated caregivers causing personal injury by criminally victimizing them telling them now they have to pay back all the money that you have paid out to them including stocking them for board and room in-home care providers are there it's not about them it's about the client needs and being taken care of on their well-being the most important thing is whoever the violet or was has fraudulently defrauded all of you in the state they already caught a man in Maryland for the same reasons Medicare Medicaid and all frauds he went to prison for violating their medical and all Medicaid how do you explain would you like to be in the same category ask your own families committing Medicaid and Medicare fraud is taking from the clients when papers are being shoved up on caregivers about the medical paying them to take care of the client is not their responsibility it is the state of Human Services and dhs's problems of taking and paying the workers for taking care of the clients instead DHS of land security has committed so much fraud that you can't believe a word they say anymore All rights of caregivers are now having to pay back the money they paid them this is not acceptable behavior by our state government for refuses to take responsibility and face the realities they stole money from the clients now making the caregivers ending up having to pay it back plus board and room while they're on housing and anything else housing of section 8 just stated that clients cannot accept money from their caregivers in any shape or form or they will lose their section 8 housing impermanently you are asking a lot of caregivers you're taking back the money you're paying them why don't you just pay them out of your own pockets for treating them like slaves no one asked to work under Medicaid the papers were shoved in people's faces to pay it back and to work under Medicaid by a marketing system in the state of Oregon this is out of control non-acceptable obstruction of justice criminal act and corruption when they're sitting there hiding the truth about Medicaid and Medicare that should not be used and knew it was fraud embezzling money off just for their own pockets they need to be investigated to the fullest extent because of violating every right there is clients as employers are the ones who call the shots not their workers at this time I'm asking you to take and go back and resolve your issues before I go and talk to the big boss about the fraud that's going on corporates are taking advantage of Medicare and Medicaid and abusing it for their own game this is out of control not acceptable behavior of stealing cheating and lying from their clients paying the caregivers through the Medicaid program through Union and SEIU I feel this is not acceptable behavior abroad by Union companies that knew the truth behind it they just don't think they'll be caught for the fraud they had committed including using fake marketing companies using us to pay their marketing deals off and then using it for everything we have leaving us with nothing I was working for the state of DHS I was not under the marketing company then and I didn't want to be papers were shoved in my face the signing the marketing papers this is not acceptable behavior I cannot deal with and I'm being lied to they're saying one thing and saying another how do you explain the fraud of Medicaid and Medicare they don't even have enough money to pay their medicines they're not paying them for being increased cost of living they're cutting their food stamps way back and accusing caregivers of fraud when they didn't ask to sign up for Medicaid it was pushed on all caregivers that they were getting paid through the Medicaid State system to taking care of clients through the employer and his social worker the Medicaid fraud needs to be looked into and I'm telling the truth here I was told no person who works for the client should have to get paid through any of their Medicaid Medicare the state of DHS was supposed to be the ones to not the clients and whoever it is that wiped out my unemployment back around is impersonating to using my background for job sites that wasn't theirs to be using I have worked from 1975 they wiped this out and I am very disappointed in a state government who failed my rights as a human being how many other human beings did they fail land security cannot be trusted with the truth nor can they be trusted in any shape or form after burning people on unemployment backgrounds in Salem Oregon someone criminally victimized unemployment backgrounds of others giving criminals the rights to work under someone else's identity and family siblings without authorization all my files came up missing in the state of Oregon leaving me no way to work anywhere they're saying there's no unemployment background this needs to be fully investigated because someone has totally committed fraud embezzlement of other people's unemployment backgrounds. To keep them from working and leaving them through the streets to die without nothing to live on that someone has never done to them and personally I take this as a disappointment that the government failed the civil rights of human beings should be held responsible for their liabilities and their actions the consequence of their behaviors and judgments against others is their own liability they still should be held responsible for the obstruction of misconduct of justice and out of control corruption someone is totally sick and does not care about others punishing all people without not knowing why has gone completely out of control and plum local and that's the true fact you got crazy people out there committing tax Invasion and crazy situations of all greed is more important than paying your state people you are also hiring criminals and not doing criminal background checks at all but faking the criminal background and using other people's background and fingerprints to cover the criminals background makes me wonder about the cricket ones that work in the state should be held liable and all directions and date responsibility of facing the guilt and the judgment that's coming with it when you get caught
